Missing Upgrades

For some reason upgrades that should be there based on my SP total are not. For a while I didn't take notice of this but another member pointed it out to me when I questioned him.

And did you "buy" (unlock) the upgrades (with the SP)?
According to your profile you only spent 200 SP on upgrades.
Just check it.

And some upgrades are hidden for non premium users because they dont have the general
