Admins say custom maps where low priority, buy they say they will never sell SP.

Very technically, admins aren't selling SP in this float market. In fixed rate you could classify as selling SP, but here people buy PC from admins, and trade them with people who have spare SP to offer. ONLY PLAYERS sell SP and PC to one another, that you must realise.
And, yes there is a difference. (in procedure) Admins can't really be held responsible over the freedoms of the players.

Okay Guest, but for my new idea ? Just exchange SP to PC and not the inverse ? with my model in the top ? Hum ? This is a good compromise I think.
And please, stop nervous... it's a cool idea if we think of all !

You need to keep both sides for the flow of market... (otherwise it would be fixed rate)
The question is whether you can eject SP (or PC) out.

Ezzatam, not necessary. You can have a float parity with SP to PC if we take account the global SP earn by all player during a day.

Imagine you have this SP:PC = 100:10, for 10000 SP transform per day against PC and 1000000 SP per day earn by players during the game. The market calculate that the parity will be 100:1. Now, imagine that the transaction SP to PC are fixe. But the total SP earn per day increases to 1100000 the offer of SP point increases, so the price of SP point decreases and the parity float to : 110:1.
You can have too the inverse. The transaction SP to PC increases to 11000 SP exchange but the offer of SP point is supposed fixed to arount 1000000 SP per day, you have a new parity : 100:1,1 = 90:1, (the price of SP increases)

To resume, the price of SP point depend of the amount SP point's quantity in the game. More we have SP point in the game, more the price of SP point is low. But yeah... we lost the market... it's boring.

It's a solution. But i prefer the first idea : SP to ? and ? to SP. May be we must search another solution ? :p

This is a topic about how to implement a system, whilst I know people have objections to Money->PC->SP, like Columna said, Admins already have subtle similar methods. Furthermore, people trying to pay for SP would face devaluation in the market. Who knows how big the Money-> PC market is...?
