Border Bug in Pakistan

This bug has repeatedly been performed repeatedly and works every time.
While playing on Greater Middle-east, (and plausibly other maps that include Pakistan) if you were to create a defensive border around the city of Multan in Pakistan the lines between units appear on top of the middle unit.

It s happening also in ozbekistan and volga too sometimes. It s not new bug, it s old one
