it depends on who wins the loser bracket but if you resign i don't mind it anyways.

The winner of these 3 brackets will move automatic into the the final bracket. The Last Player for the final bracket will be determined by a loser bracket.
There will be a point system where each won game will give 3 points, a tie 0 points and a loss will be -1 point. The 4 players with the most point besides the winners of the brackets will enter the loser bracket and play for the last spot in the final bracket.
In the final bracket the winner of the loser bracket will be seeded against the guy with the highest amount of points...
