Nuke Missiles and Trading with Country's

It was good idea to trade with Country's ,we can make money in the rounds and with the Nuke missiles we make a new game .

Nuclear missiles can be created in custom maps, and there is a rare unit known as an afterwind that you can obtain by conquering countries periodically. It is a nuclear missile. As for country trading it should be an option like extra cities. Because it would ruin competitive play but would also be a great addition for scenarios.
