Map Editor - SOLUTIONS 2017

In "Problems with Map Editor...." tópic the player Zenith said:

"I have windows 10, IE browser, and I can access the map editor fine. I dont exactly know what problem you are having."
Is this a solution to edit maps, and how can it be donne?

If its not a solution I propose Mods to invite new Mods to help solving the problem, There is many PREMIUM PLAYERS motivated with this question a long time a go, I believe someone can help.

You are unclear to as what moderators do, they moderate (get it) the game to make it enjoyable for others (ie. banning SP farmers). On the other hand administrators (admins) control things such as the map editor and it has been unclear when the next patch will come to the map editor (I'm hopeful it will happen at some point in 2017 *fingers crossed*).

If the expectations are so bad, can I ask if there is an identic game where we can be creative doing maps?

Obviously not, i mean a strategy game based on the classic RISK, well, somethink like atwar, doing maps and play on them is the best on this game.

BTW I'm sorry for asking that but I payed for Premium, and even if I find a game like this I will be the first to come back after map editor restaured.
