Bug: Cant promate my friend to officer

I cant make my friend an officer and he is premium so thats out of the way. everytime i do promate him, it just refreshes the page and nothing changes. help?

The two prem people in your clan are ghost face and lotar luis97.

Ghost face doesn't have coalition pack.
Lotar has lifetime subscription. So if you're trying to promote lotar and it's not working you should send a PM to an admin. If you're trying to ghost face it won't work because he has no coalition pack.

Im promoting lotar....and it wont work
