Possibility for Mod support?

I have a crew of a few players and we'd like to make mods for atwar adding things like AoE, persistent health, attrition, more resource management (basically making free hoi4 but easy). Since it is coded in Javascript, is there a way for devs to add mod support? It would also allow other players to add features they want.
