Rework to the duel system

1. Have scenario elo, main elo and beginners room elo.
Prevents farming beginners room.

2. Both duellers have to agree before the game can be started.
This ensures that all settings are checked by both duellers and anything wrong is their fault.

3. Add special checkboxes at the start of the game that set the 'rules' - whether serb walling, rewalling or wfing is allowed.
This ensures that the rules are set clearly at the start of the game and prevents (most) cry threads about serb walling/rewalling/wfing in duels.

4. Allow duels to be deleted if both parties agree.
In case of dc...

Duels should only be a thing for the main lobby and default map. I think that would save time and fix the problem.
Also duels can be removed if you ask a mod.

Why not make mods approve competitive maps that can be duelled on?

They do represent skill, but there are very few people that do them so it's not really worth it imo.

I like the idea of splitting main/beginner elo. Breaking it down further would dilute elo too much Imo. I prefer the idea of mod approved duel maps.

I like the other ideas too and should be considered for cw as well.

I dont like ancient war because the range of the units are all bs op

There are like 5-6 active duelers right now..useless updates since nobody wants to play duels.
Its getting boring dueling the same people over and over again
No variety = no improvement = game dead
