New "World Map" Preset(s)

Similar to the "Mediterranean" map that we have available when selecting a "World Map" preset, why not add a map with an Atlantic (And Baltic) focus? Countries included would be: Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia:Northwest, Sweden, and the United Kingdom.

On a different note, why don't we have an "Atlantic" Preset just like the "Pacific" map?

Making this literally requires like 5 minutes in the map editor.

I like your this eurpean map

There is already an Atlantic present made by community, but I am wondering why it's not added into default presets as Pacific is. On top of that, Pacific is horribly unbalanced.
