Cant ally without sending peace first.

Every game, after turn one, I am unable to send an alliance without first sending a peace request.

This is a new feature, not a bug.

Well, i can't even get players to send or receive peace requests; here's one for sure:
after I get 3 alliances; no more peace requests are received by other players;
often I don't receive peace requests

That sound excessive anyway. You have 3 allies...stop with the peace non-sense and war!

Jimmynow: U missed the first part of the message; even with NO allies, I still can't send a peace request. Get it jimmy?

if ur in a game with 20 players U need to send a peace request and the person needs to receive it;
U play ur way and I'll play mine;
I just want the f'ing thing to work right;
