How come Arbitrator isnt mod yet!?

Since most mods need to qualify to be inactive (not sarcasm) Arbitratror has really done SO much for this community... And with much I dont mean hosting couple tournaments. He really did alot, he created websites for AW, explanations about strats/games. He helped alot with the improvement ideas and stuff. He really deserves it.
