Cant seem to see the chat box

I cant see the chat box, the part where i respond... only when i am on full screen mode i
cant really see the whole chat box, but then i cant respond.. please help :/

This looks like it has to do with the computers physical settings. For example, my computer has various screens such as wide, zoom, horizontal, vertical, etc... I'd say check out control panel and see if you have an option and set it to "normal" The reason I suggest it is because you have a large black section also, which means the schematics are off on the computer visual settings. PM me if this doesn't work I'll answer it.

You wont have the same things my computer has in my control panel. I go to my display settings. Is this the only game it does it for?

Also try holding CTRL and then use the scroller on your mouse to zoom in or out.

Hmm your screen resolution is fine but not silverlight's app. Try zooming out like he said. I don't think there's a resolution option in Silverlight so Idk..
