4th official atWar 1v1 tournament!

Seedings:
For the seedings i placed all the signups into 2 groups, high ranks and low ranks. Then i completely randomed them against eachother. This is to prevent high ranks playing each other in the first round, but it also prevents that the strongest player start with the weakest opponents. Scedule & Planning:
I will give 1 week for matches the losers bracket, 2 weeks for the winners bracket. The first round starts now, and your match has to be played before Monday 24 June. If you cannot get in contact with your opponent, PM in time! Without any notification before the deadline and no matchresult here, all players involved will be disqualified for this tournament and are also not welcome in a future 1v1 tournament. If possible, inactive players will be substitute by one of the reserves.

Additional rules:
- The above match rules are default: If both players agree on other gamerules (like other turn duration, map, initial countries or both players don't have premium), then it is allowed to change the default rules. Rules marked with * are non-negotiable
- If there are players with serval accounts; you can enter the tournament with just ONE of them. Entering the tournament with more accounts will lead to disqualification on all accounts.

Yeah, the name changing is annoying . I also don't know exactly all the players in the list.
For Holecent, i think that is Mishto. Not 100% sure though.

Seriously though, we should have been on opposite sides of the tournament. Would have been golden. Still lold though.

Sry Desu and Leaf, i really made it as much random as possible. Leaf was in the 'low rank' bracket, so if he didn't matchup you, he would have matched up with another high rank.
Also Fruit (10) vs. IomMeza (9) and Meester (9) vs. Brandreas (8) seems to be a interesting matches.

7 July: Delay/Reinforcements week! *1

4 August: Losersbracket round 5, Winners bracket round 4

*1: From 30 June until 7July there will be a 'reinforcements week', because some players got replaced by reserves, i need one extra week to schedule these matches. This is a week to get all the matches on the same line again. The deadline for normal matches is 30June though, unless i said you have 1 week extra.

*2: From 7 July (the deadline for matches on 14July); reserves cannot enter the tournament anymore. The losers bracket will have 1 week for every match, Winners have 2 weeks from now.

*3: If in the final, the winner of the losers bracket beats the winner of the winnersbracket, there will be another match to decide who is the winner of the tournament (since its 2 times knock out). Both matches have to be played in the same week.
