The problem is indeed culture

A couple days ago I saw an incredible thread titled "The problem is not Illyria, the problem is culture" . This thread contained some really "interesting" statements by particular individuals which I had planned to respond to but was busy at the time and now it seems slightly pointless since I will not be able to quote these individuals(the thread has disappeared) and they may simply claim, "I never said that". Hence I will simply speak very briefly about the "cultural" problem.

Observations have led me to believe there is a culture of "speak first, think later ... speak with either incomplete information or in some case NO INFORMATION regarding the topic of discussion.." Then we have one of the most prevalent, "failure to address the topic at hand but an inclination to distract the readers via personal attacks on one individual or another". Everyone may claim it is their right to behave as they see fit so this is all I have to say as it pertains to this:
Your opinion is yours and I cannot change that but when you take your opinion and wish to bring it into the public domain, as long as it pertains to State of Mind, or Silent One, I will exercise might right to respond so be prepared to substantiate your claims or risk being made to look as a total idiot.

Of course you can simply just stay silent in the first instance.

I made the post, and I deleted the post.

I didnt made it for let clans insult each others - hence why I deleted it.

I made it because there is no guarantee that other clans wont stop CW for 1st place.

pretty much sums up my feelings too. hope you saw my post in the other thread silent, i said everything i had to say about all this

crimson tide are poor sports, state of mind are hypocrites and poor sports(particularly their leader but hey lets tar the whole clan with the same brush). im curious as to how you intend to defend yourselves from these accusations, the evidence is on the forums, the last 20 cws you played, and a nice little screenshot by clovis.

everyone knows the systems fucked, but we are not the admins, and they are busy with html5, so that leaves the cw system to the mercy, morals and sense of fairplay of the other clans.

and look how thats turned out, and your clan is a shining part of the problem.

just stop being poor sports and play everyone who asks for cws, stop lying about other clans not being available and all this other nonsense and excuses, you can stop all this. this goes to you too state of mind.

So instead of blaming the system you decide to take upon yourself to blame the clans for doing what is clearly not illegal.

I never thought the ban list feature would get implemented but the map makers took it upon themselves and look at how that turned out. I never thought ban list feature would come out but it did and map makers were able to push it enough. There is nothing stopping us from imposing similar, better cw system in place. There won't a lot of coding for that either. There is nothing stopping you from suggesting a better system in place than what we have here. I made a post on improving cw culture to stop the bitching, had no effect whatsoever. Clovis tried the same ended up deleting the post altogether . Spart had a good post with 1000 comp initial before cw season starts. What have you tried ?

Will you say it is false? What stop illyria for cw theses "farm clans" ? Public attack illyria? xaxaxa I just point a fact. Not an attack.

You've started this type of discussion in every post I see about clans. How are you planning to resolve this? attacking other clans?

Also nothing prevent any clan from which 3 random players could just leave it, make "new totaly legit clan" so that original clan could farm on it and be first without any problems. I think that isnt punishable and cant be considered as farming cuzz.. o well, it a grey area a little bit. But ppl dont do that because its not reasonable and its not fair, same as being first just because you avoided to play vs strongest clans or some other stupid stuffs. But for some reason people do that. And its crap.

Farming a clan is punishable by the rules, as long as you can prove it is farm.

I did million times serb wall. 2 times in cws. And usualy when i do in 3v3 game, its a troll game. And by troll i mean that i am playing volga vs ukr/turk/belarus in same team and i will try to serb wall 3 of them just for fun.
So what, your plan is not to stop that? You wanna join them? Support them.

I thought about posting my side of things but then decided otherwise. You don't deserve that actually. Every attempt I have taken to be on the constructive side of things you have kept going back to the cws and about how we did <bla insert all the excuses here>(even though we played almost all clans in the last 20 cws including syndicate, sm, state of mind, Mk, illyria and evol). You tend to keep on doing that in threads over and over again. Clearly you have issues.

So yeah keep on bitching all you like about us, you clearly enjoy it. Its much harder to actually do anything to improve.

BTW not everyone agree to what exactly is the problem here. A lot of people here (not us or state of mind) had a problem with illyria( I won't name any of them). Not that it helps.

we beat syndi 7 times in a row in those 20 cws that made up 19:1, mk also 7 times, then we had beat winterfell on ancient world, their map. and you try to compare us to crimson tide?

we shouldnt take you seriously, you just included "xaxaxa" in your post.

You know what now that I think about it, I just might do that just to see you react the same way over and over again. Since you care so much about who plays who more than anyone else. Please keep continuing this bitching in all threads, its very enlightening for everyone of us. Most of us feel very educated by it.

That's exactly the same reason why this thread is getting locked right now. This obviously turned into a flame war.

I also think the CW system could use some upgrades, but discussions like this won't help a single bit to change it. There are concerned players who are actually trying to improve the system. You might want to have a look in ideas and suggestions forum and check for yourselves.
