Mates,
I was wondering if it is technically possible (I'm sure it is)... rather, if it is not to complicated to make in the casual games lobby the game clocks visible. The following image shows what I mean.
If the turn has not been played by the player the clock could be red (like the star in the upper left corner). If the turn has been played, then the clock could be orange, indicating the time the other players still have to play the turn.
Why this suggestion? Cause most of the players that play casual games, usually play several games simultaneously. Then it would be nice to have the information which game to prioritize among the several games involved... without having to enter each game radomly.
Cheers,
CD

Don't implement... otherwise Inki will play casual games... lololol...
I think it would increase Casual Games' sex appeal (the clocks visible from the lobby... NOT Inki playing casual games!).

Hey all,
If Devs and Admins are planning (caring, considering, etc.) to implement the Visible Clock, then they could also think about putting the Used Strategy visible from the Casual Game Lobby. For casual game players it is useful to know: how much time do I have to complete the turn and what strat am I using in the specific game?
Since I've been experiencing some problems with "stated" strategy and "used" strategy (read this BUGREPORT), and probably other players had the same issue, strats and clocks at one sight could be of great value and promote the casual games in the community.
Cheers,
CD

Love playing casual games. When I am working I keep the lobby page open on a browser tab. Having the time left show in the lobby would be a great help.

Welcome and many thanks...
I just would have implemented it for the casual games.
There is no real need to see the clocks for the quick games and, since the clock's are not dynamic from the lobby, it represents an irrelevant information for the players.
But, again, thnx for the clock. It is a real, real, real help in the casual game section.

After some consideration I've removed it from the quick games and only left it for casual. Also removed seconds from the clock.

Never. In which world can you have multiple capitals?

To be fair there are quite a few countries with multiple capitals. (Not saying this would benefit gameplay or be easy to implement though)

They still all have just one official capital, which only makes sense. And you're right, it wouldn't benefit the gameplay and is next to impossible to implement at this point.
