So I'm eating only mac donalds for two days (before that ice cream only) and I'm barely getting 1,000 calories a day (Starving tier)

I don't know why I've just lost appetite

Advice? Also more importantly how can I get atwar users to give me tinder advice?

Cook your own food
I start with greek salad
Than soup before meal

Avoid fast food
