I am working on a 1400s scenario and now making Australia. Compared to the rest of the world, 1400's Australia was full of cavemen and backwards aboriginals. Because of this, they do not get the regular infantry, cavalry, etc. that other places get. However, I am planning to add over 100 tiny tribes within Australia and it is extremely annoying to try and group every single one into numerous different "excluded" lists for each individual unit. Instead, it would be much easier if we could group the entire region together and add it in to units excluded/included as a region. This would make things much faster and easier for map makers.

I wouldn't want to click exclude for every country 100 times..

Yes, I agree with this. It'd also be nice if we could just assign specific units directly to a scenario side/player rather than to their home countries.
