Number of applications bug

Expected behavior
It's expected to have same number of applications as it is shown in the number ( )

Actual behavior
We have 1 application and it still says (2)
(No, the 2nd player is not banned player, the same is shown to the rest of officers and leaders who are able to see the number of applications)
