I am sorry for being an attention whore with my title but know this, The ban system should NOT be controlled by the player/mapmaker I will give you less detailed reasons for now as I am in a hurry:{TO BE EDITED} >Mapmakers use advantage of people who play the game. They will ban players who will not do what the mapmaker wants them to do etc. And just because you are killed as a map creator doesn't mean you have to BAN the killer! >The reasons for banning 90% provide no evidence whatsoever all you see is stupidity like "You are fegit" "Banned cause you rogued meh" "wf turn 1"[NO SCREENSHOT] etc IMO, Bans should be processed through moderators to see if they are valid or not and if they provide GOOD evidence. Sorry for my bad English, not my first language ^^

They say most statistics are made on the spot. this "90%" nonsense is just another product of your imagination. The map maker made the map, and he is allowed to ban trolls from the map, you are welcome to make your own maps that way u never get banned for trolling,

However much it pains me to say it, I agree with Tunder3 on this issue. The map-maker made the map, they get to enforce the rules that exist on it. You play the map that they made, so you will follow their standards of conduct. If you get banned for an unfair reason, well, that's why the Banlist Appeal Thread exists. Any grievances can already be reviewed by the mods and addressed as necessary. You say English is not your first language. Your English is perfectly fine - your reasoning is not.

It's incredible how selfish so many players are because they get banned, they think of them themselves as being treated unjustly and that they were completely innocent and they are subjected to mapmaker ''abuse'' of powers, and then rather hand over all responsibility to the moderators... I doubt the moderators are willing to spend their time with such ban appeals, as most will just be brushed off either because they are lazy, don't care or hold personal grudges, when in reality one should be punished for ruining a game for several other players that'll be happy for a game without a troublesome player that breaks the rules of the map and common atWar conduct which will disrupt the game temporarily or force a restart, which may in turn fail, all because one player decided to screw up the game. It's unfair to the others you played with, and yes there are some that ban due to personal grudges and without evidence, and if that is the case take it to the banlist appeal thread and request to be unbanned instead of demanding all bureaucracy be thrown at the moderators who will then slack off with bans and unban those they are friends with or because they'll take one player's side in a dispute as they have done before. Due to banlists, some maps have become much more stable and with only occasional leavers, wallfuckers and those that break special for certain maps that are usually implemented for good reason.

I strongly disagree. In fact, even though I'm not an actual map maker myself, I believe that map makers should have complete control over their banlist. They should be able to ban people who they don't want to play on their maps for any reason they want, it's their map afterall.
