How often do admins update the html5 servers?

How often do admins update the html5 servers? so far any custom map made after the 3rd of April is just a unplayable placeholder.
maps appear in the list but are unplayable


yet they can be previewed with no problem .

What you are basicly doing is cpmplaining and we have enough people complaining about map updates and map editor on forum so it is getting annoying. It's like a shop owner who temporariliy closed his shop for maintenance and people keep asking him to open it while he can't yet.

What you are basicly doing is cpmplaining and we have enough people complaining about map updates and map editor on forum so it is getting annoying. It's like a shop owner who temporariliy closed his shop for maintenance and people keep asking him to open it while he can't yet.

thing is, i asked the staff this question 2 months ago but no one gave a shit about it, it just so happens that a new map maker came here to bump my topic since this is a persistent issue that is affecting him and it could be fixed if only admins cared a little bit about their game. Perhaps Sun Tzu should be allowed to manually restart the servers once a week?

Implying the admins don't care about the game is simply irrational, talk to Sun Tzu yourself by sending him a mail about this, we don't need 100 forums saying the same thing over and over again.

Irrational? the map editor has been "95%" done since december of 2015. This topic is two months old, has been seen by all 3 admins and yet none of then ever bother to reply. What are people suppose to make out of this?

we also don't need ass-kissers that get triggered every-time some one makes a legitimate complain. If admins can't even answer something as simple as when the servers are updated/down for maintenance then i can't trust them to answer any of my questions at all. Healthy communities trust each other.

Who benefits if we follow The Empirez' advice and we ignore this issue? if so, then why does he so persistently try to derail this topic?
Who benefits when Tunder asks a question that many map-makers have, a question that many people have asked him in private chat, a question that will save a lot of time when making maps? Why would tunder continue to inquire in this topic when he knows that hellraiser and clovis have gotten a lot of bad rep for doing similar things?

9 Days (for 30 days members premium account) for make playable an new map when you pay for one month, for many players it's could be a real hell.
I'm very patient but imagine that we should wait 35% of your premium's member remaining time just to play/test our edited/updated own maps...
I wanna say also thank you to Sun Tzu who cares what we says, almost every days i talk to him and it's very patient person.
So i hopes, others people dont be rude with him, he trying to do his maximum with limit access privilege in the website.

Thanks, though I do know the command to reload maps now, plus I have been assured that they will be reloaded every 24 hours, I hope this is a workable solution until Amok finalises his masterpiece.
