This user called DaVirus (http://es.atwar-game.com/users/profile.php?user_id=106816) is a hacker i was playing a game and lisbon province had 4 troops he joined as lisbon and next turn he had 113 troops and obviusly killed me (spain)

If he late joined he gets a bonus amount of troops in percentage to the largest empire on the map. What turn was it?

If what he says is true then he was indeed hacking,max reinf in latejoin is 100 units,at least for default map.

Iwill take the risk and say whole country,I usually take one city countries but when I take countries with more than one cities I think the reinforcement split in x cities.

4 units,it might be later turns and neutrals were increased,idk why spain wouldnt get lisbon but you never know.

In world 50k , if you joined late you will have huge reinforcement. If you pick a small country
