Not Allowed To Unlock

I have more than enough SP but for some reason I can't get Master of Stealth, Sky Menace is availible but I still never got Master of Steath, what is wrong?

Strange. I think MoS isn't a premium feature, so everyone should be able to get it. Even if it was, i see you are premium . Didn't you already unlock MoS? Can you maybe screenshot the page?

what is your problem?

I have the stratagie, but, someone in my coalition who is rank 5 said it wouldn't let him have it. He asked me I didn't know, so I asked a mod he said post it to forum.

MoS costs 1500SP - Does he have the amount of SP needed?
If his answer to that is yes make him double check if he has bought it already.

If that is not the case make him post a screenshot of his upgrades list.
