To not get applications from high ranks

You are rank 10 (493.618 SP), meaning you have all (relevant) upgrades, but you do not want high ranks in your coalition. Doesn't make sense to me. All ranks above 10 are the same... just some higher ego's. Right?

Hmmm... in his defense, he could only be interested in low ranks (0-8). Would make some sense if it were a training coalition or something similar I guess. I don't know wether this is really an issue or not though, you can simply deny someone's application quite easily and some people even have orgasms by denying people's dreams of joining coalitions
