Turn not starting

All the cities looks like when you end turn, right before it start. I can't click on them but I can see the time running....

happened random... none of us d/c.

Also eagle's moves didn't went and we had to remake (nobody dc here, his moves just didn't went).

I had similar problem,i couldnt see the reinf in my cities or if they even had reinf but when i would click on them they would function normally.
iinstead of just doing that to every city i refreshed and it was fine
