Didn't Pfizer purchased Biontech thus making the vaccine American? (origin of the owner)

I have no time to read details and news, despite media being only covid-focused, but i've heard Britain joined Russia in developing the vaccine. So i assume half the planet will receive US one, other half the Russian, and China will get its own.

Since no time to get informed properly, which one is the best, i'll simply go for the one Israel ordered. Can't be wrong.

If someone thinks that they will microchip you and/or steralize with any vaccine please do the world a favour and stop using the internet.

I survived covid 19, now I'm immune.
I don't need a vaccine ,only people in risk group should get vaccination.
