This got me perma banned the first time:


8 controversial warnings in december got me perma banned this time.

Can't tell which reason is more stupid, the first one or the second one.

Yes i got muted on all chats for 3 month because of it thats when i stop playing

Mods are a bunch of shit these days, however I do enjoy the competitions Meester hosts. Most of them have big ones stuck in their bum daily. People want Tunder back, give dem their Tunder. Really, what do you expect from Tunder, he brings life to this game. The system is broke... we need a Deathvolution to take over .

But in all seriousness, what happened to Tunder. He was a smartass, dumbass and a prick at times, but I still do not know what happened to him. I get told the craziest things, he hacked, he broke chat rulez and stuffs. What did he do, and don't give me a goddamn meme or someshit. I demand to know what exactly happened to him. Mainly from all the mods, and everyone on at the time because as much as I enjoy Tunder can't really follow his word and neither will I follow Vril's to the point. What I mean is I can't really believe his was banned for those 8 warnings... If he was... well that's retarded.

It may be because he insulted a lot over the months.

Hacking is another reason I could see for a permaban. No homie, he insulted a few ppl, abused global chat occasionally, and was caught farming once. These are things other ppl have done without receiving a single day suspension so in the end I'd have to say the worst think he did was he ended up on VRIL's bad side.

Amen Brother, VRIL does have some sort of tiny penis problem or something... Mute the shit out of someone, but don't ban them... its abusive and wrong. I don't care your stance on Tunder, whether you loved him, hated him or you're just trying to suck some Mod's D (Not going to say anyone's name but I think we all know who I am refering to). Perma-banning should be by the consent of the players not an on-the-moment decision of a mod. Mods should have more restraint then that and mute him for a week to a month(s). This system is broke...

I listed every time there was a major outbreak of hatred against the mods, and what resulted from it, and how good the reasoning was. I am stating that our last outbreak was unnecessary and retarded, and now we have to deal with it's affects furthering into the system. Hmm, I understand the majority of AtWar hates you, or that is what you think... I don't really know you or do I care to know why ppl hate you. However there is a serious issue. What can we do, Tunder was a funny guy, still is, however he is banned now. His silence has infuriated the wrath of a 1000 AtWarers (exaggeration) but who's next? Can we not have fun on this game, lets all be grown up. There are multiple solutions other than this Militaristic Despot System which offers no other solution than the Ban Hammer. Wait... It Does!

I see this problem more as the result of the lack of transprancy and democratic values in these arguements. Tunder was banned, hopefully VRIL has more reason other than he had a fuel to back him up for kicking a rival of his (because the attitude VRIL takes makes me think he has many rivals). However we do have a mute system. One that could increase punishment exponentially on the amount of time he is muted. A simpler less chaotic solution would of been to just mute him for a month. He might make another account, be he can't use his main account to full use. Institute a ban for a week or two, but no Perma-ban.

We have an issue of incapable mods who can't hold their personal vendetta's behind them (speculation). I could ask for more "training" for mods, maybe terms for Mods, make it so only so the real Admins can ban with the consent of the governed. Putting a tighter leash on mods and players might help, it might not. I'm offering compromises not many people are. These arguements are always black and white even though everyone knows or should know that they are not. We've all committed crimes of trolling, wallfucking and the majority of us have been muted at least once. Tunder violated them many a time, but perma-banning was not the solution. However it did shed light on the real problem that needs solving

We need to solve this issues else they will recure and perhaps more frequently given AtWar is now growing in numbers from players from outside sources. Issues like these are important to AtWar Players, yet they are extremely annoying to new members of this AtWar family. We need to provide for a better game during this year of 2014, for all the future players of AtWar and all the current players to enjoy for months to come. Gard, don't see this is as just people raging and trolling. Yes, some of it is, yet there is still a significant problem with all this close-closeted management and dis-dainful and mistrustful connection between players and Mods.

I think Tunder should be given another chance. I think some mods and one in particular should calm down on the nazi banning and muting. I mean seriously, you can't have any fun when that certain mod is online. Say one wrong word, 1500 minute mute. Even playful banters get muted or deleted. We are having fun, what's wrong with having fun? Does this game need to be that serious all the time? If it does, I don't think you guys will succeed for that long and the game will go down the drain. I think the admins need some more programmers, and the original admins themselves can be on the game more often, watching the mods. When something like this happens (Tunder3 perma&), admins need to get on top of this, not let the mods deal with it.

This is my last comment in the issue, at the end is all up to mods to consider the possibility that they committed a mistake while evaluating my warnings.
