$500 per month is what my company pays for php coders, Paying upto $800 per month for IOT/.NET developers. And the work is fine

Respectfully I would want to see that code, because I'm deeply skeptical you can get good quality code for so cheap.

$500 a month is too little.
But what i meant to say, you do not need to pay that $150k a year.
Many companies in silicon valley just attract foreign cheap tech workers anyway.
Just look at this statistics.
https://prnt.sc/xka6dr
57% of techforce in silicon valley born outside the usa.
And this stat went to nearly 75% in 2018...

If you want to make this a serious discussion about hiring programmers then I would say, if you want to hire a foreign dev, the best value for your money is Ukraine. You can find very talented developers for around $50K USD per year.

I've hired and/or managed a lot of foreign devs in my career, and personally I have had the best success with Ukraine. Following that, Eastern Europe in general is pretty good (Lithuania/Latvia/Estonia, Romania, etc.). On the other hand Indian devs (as a whole) are the absolute worst... in my entire career I only ever found 1 Indian dev who was decent, and he charged $25 USD/hour! Not being racist, that's just being honest about what I've found through my own experience. (And yes, there are lots of other places to find good devs around the world... I'm only talking places where you can find good talent for cheap.)

So yes if I wanted to I could get a good programmer for less than $150K. Probably I could find somebody decent for as little as $50K. Sure there are cheaper devs but any less than $50K and you're very unlikely to get quality code from them.

Anyway my original point still stands... I was simply trying to say that we don't have the money to hire another programmer. $150K or $50K, it doesn't make any difference. I'm all that atWar's got, for the foreseeable future.

I wouldn't trust anyone who gets paid less than minimum wage at Walmart to code anything for me. The code is probably terrible, inefficient, un-commented, and buggy.

India does not have a minimum wage, however the average wage is $150. It seems you didnt read the thread. Certified Apple engineers in India get paid less than a bus driver here in the UK.

Armenia didnt even recognised so called "artsakh" republic. You can stop repeating Armenian propaganda now. Its not very fruitful to do propaganda on dead games forum for loser side anwyay. It wont change anything other than showing how pathetic you are.

"The sovereign status of the Artsakh is not recognized by any United Nations member state (including Armenia), but has been recognized by Transnistria,[3] Abkhazia and South Ossetia"

Only Russian occupied shitholes recognized "artsakh" republic.

and you can brag about how Armenia won against unarmed civilians in 90s. Its shows what kind human you are. ie you are not different than religious nutjobs from Middle East.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Khojaly_massacre

1. Required recognition in democracy is probably its only flaw. A human doesn't need someones recognition in order to live.

- Fact remains there are 150,00 Armenians in Nagorno
- Azerb. using emotion (hate) to fuel war and drive them out

It is not Armenian fault for Bolshevik pandering to Azeris and giving them huge swaths of south caucasus. If voting in UN for someone's recognition rocks your boat, by all means do it. I will never take a part in such hateful group that deny someone existance and work my whole life to genocide them, like you.

1.500.000 in 1915, weight on your soul.

2. I don't remember Armenians starting the war in the 90s, but i do remember Azeris killing and ethnically cleansing armenians from Azerbaijan. Armenians in Nagorno had every right to prepare defences and survive another genocide, they won't wait for your 'recognition' or 'opinion'. I can also post similar events:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Baku_pogrom

3. Propaganda? Certainly not. Dead game? probably, i didn't play 1 year, though i see my friends here still play, that's enough for me. Loser side? Physically yes, morally not. Armenia didn't employ terrorists from Syria or gave control of air force to foreign state in this war.

4. My faith is christian and race is white, i am part of the group way larger and powerful, i can as easily as you ignore the law and justice and jump down to religious intolerence and racism, calling for war and violence against 'your kind', fueling the conflict and dividing the people even more, where you can lose more... simply because there are more of us, with more firepower.

But i won't, i will climb up, where law and justice is, and i admit it is really hard to maintain the moral sphere while being surrounded by immoral, corrupt and hateful people. I condemn armenians who deny azeris existence and killing them in Armenia, and you should also be against killing of armenians in Azerbaijan. Or else you will never move forward.

In the USA you can vote how you like, by going to the polling station, via email, real mail, having the ballot sent to you, voting on different days, it's crazy.

Now let's talk about voters demographics: middle aged, older, conservative, white, with jobs vote republicans, while young, unemployed, from immigrant background, non-white vote democrats. Usually.

Combine these two and you have a havoc; i didn't even pay much attention but since TV was on i saw enough; people who count votes throwing half of the votes in the trash, people who just drive-in and throw their letter(with vote in it) through the window, people voting without IDs (to prove their residence, citizenship, basic details)... Trump had no chance.

If election rules where normal, like showing up with the ID and casting vote on the spot, Trump would win with 70-30% ratio.

People with disabilities vote from their home on the election day when workers from the polling stations send a crew FROM their ranks on that particular day with the proper ballot come to their door. Every community knows who those people are so they don't even have to notify the state, they will simply wait and somewhere between 9 in the morning to 9 evening for doorbell to ring. I say this because this is the only counter-argument to why would you vote in person i explained above.

But i must add that choosing congressmen is impressive, where politicians can only compete in their county, regardless of party affiliation for the spot in the capital. The only other country i can think of to practice this is Belarus. In other countries, parliaments are filled with politicians born in the capital, some of them who never traveled and completely oblivious to the state of their provinces, countryside and other cities.

1. You can't vote by email
2. Voting by mail has been done since the Civil War. I don't see a reason why we need to change it. There are lots of people in the military who are away from home and must vote by mail.
3. They live streamed ballot counting all over the internet. Feel free to show me a video of someone throwing away votes in the trash. Not only that, there were observers at every ballot counting location. None of them saw anything suspicious.
4. There's nobody who "drives in and throw their letters." Those are people who filled out their ballots at home and are dropping it off at an official ballot station. There is a deadline for when you can submit their ballot and past the deadline they won't take it.

Let me tell you how voting works in my state Colorado. Here, we vote primarily by mail. People would register to vote before the elections. When you register to vote, you have to prove your residency and citizenship. They then go and verify that all your information when you register to vote is correct. Every single person in Colorado who registered to vote is on a PUBLIC voter registry database. You can feel free to go through it yourself and find anyone who you think is not a US citizen or doesn't live in Colorado and report them. You can find it by googling it.

After your voter registration is done and there's no problems, you wait until the election. A week or two before the election, they mail you your official ballot to your residency. The ballot has many many many many many security features that makes it nearly impossible to fake. It's probably easier to counterfeit money. You cast your vote on your ballot, and you sign it. You also have to get another person who watched you fill out your ballot to sign the ballot as a witness as well.. Now you have two choices, you can either mail it back to the state, or you can drive with the ballot and drop it off at an official ballot dropoff location (often public places like churches, libraries, or schools).

If you can't vote by mail for whatever reason. You show up in person during election day to polling stations. Once again, public places like churches, libraries, or schools are often used as polling stations. After you show up.
They make sure you are registered to vote and there's nothing wrong with your registration. You show them your ID (often driver license) and they check on their computers that you registered to vote and that there's no other problems. After they completely clear you, you get in line. I voted in person for the 2018 primary so I know how this work. I waited in line and I entered a room with like 6 voting machines (I voted at a small church). Here, they check your ID again and then set up the voting machine for you. When I got to the machine, they showed me that the machine has my name and information set up before I vote on anything so I know this is my vote.

During the actual voting, each page would ask you a single question. (Who do you vote for governor?) Then you select the candidate or select yes/no if it's a question about some law or amendment they're trying to pass. The entire process took me about 40 minutes.

What could be done is add more hoi4 style mechanics, where there can be a peace time to build up units, and plan things out. And as the title suggests, there could be decisions or "National Focus" as they are called in Hoi4. All of this would be put into a completely new game mode, as to not disturb the style of gameplay this game has currently.

I would like to hear your thoughts on what I have stated. All of this could be added, but of course the current bugs in the map maker should be sorted out first.

Armenia getting dropkicked by Azerbaijan:
[img]https://media1.tenor.com/images/8a03d872f84ba959bfa620757482b06f/tenor.gif[img]

If you mean dropkicked after surprise invasion by Turkish-funded Azerbaijan where Turkey brought 2000 Syrian rebels and controlled Azeri Air Force during the war, then yes - Turkey dropkicked Armenia.

It's always the same; weak opponents passing control & command to the stronger ally who win the war for you so you can celebrate victory, willfully ignoring that now you are a colony.

And when Russia or Armenia singlehandedly F up the enemy, then you cry 'muh human rights' and try to genocide an entire civilian population

Armenia didnt even recognised so called "artsakh" republic. You can stop repeating Armenian propaganda now. Its not very fruitful to do propaganda on dead games forum for loser side anwyay. It wont change anything other than showing how pathetic you are.

I would suggest having a default removable rank filter on new accounts, whilst only displaying relevant games acording to the accounts rank level.
One of the issues the game has faced for a long time is players disengaging from their accounts when transitioning from beginners to main, either by starting a new account or even worse leaving the game altogether. Adjusting the rank limit for the beginners room, in my opinion, is the equivalent to kicking a can up and down the street.

Allow high ranks to spectate beginners games
Ban ranks lower than 6 from main games but allow them to spectate

Merge both rooms into 1 but allow ranks 7 and under to set their own rank limit with a free acc.

It sounds like a good idea, but that sounds like a complication to beginners, as there would be mixed rooms for veterans and beginners, and they could often not remember, or even not know how to regulate the level allowed in the game.
I particularly liked the idea of Philsfromthesoul, but I think that instead of level 6 the minimum, it was level 5.

i look forward to your xvideos uploads!

Sorry, but the clan will not be for viewing pornographic videos. Therefore xvideos will not be found in this clan.
The creation of this clan was an attempt by me to unite the atWar community that has Latin American origins (of course, we accept people from other countries as well), since this region (Latin America) is very decriminalized, whether by sheer prejudice, either by the income of this place (a consequence of this garbage of capitalism) and so on.
So the clan "honors" people from these countries who struggle to live (or survive), which is why we have priority here.
However, the clan was created recently, and has few members, so I come here to try to recruit more people.
Thanks for listening!
