In WW2 I'd be in Bulgarian army, do absolutely nothing (commiting war crimes is optional) and when Soviets come surrender and switch sides at the very end of the war.

Makes sense but we have maps made for this quick pace your suggesting. Leonista ww1, king of the hill, trench warfare, toy war- the list goes on. The issue begins in hosting these maps and the players available for them

Would you suggest making these open to non-premium members or having a mod host these events regularly?

I thought about putting Rains in A east, even though he is probably the player with one of the best winrates on east - he is Lion's copyboy and we must respect the original. I decided to put him in Strong east at the end, because we all copy strong playstyles when we want to win. Someone could maybe say that there are a lot of S players and small amount of other tiers - it is with a reason: When I cw and have a good player in east it does not matter if it is khau or karlo - even though there is big skill gap between the two, they are both strong players and I must focus on them. Difference between strong, average and bellow is:
Strong - you must focus the player or he will win for his team
Average - you still focus but he won't punish you well enough if you go help the other front, and he won't be hard to beat anyway
Bellow average - you can eat fast and leave no crumbs
Mecoy is strong one trick player, but he repeats the same moves in every game. Play him once, you will win the next 5 games of him in the same pick.
Also, why did you even put players like niels or kaska? Literally these players did not play more than 10 cws in last 3 years.

So basicly would you rather go in close combat with sword, axe, spear, knife etc, or more ranged combat, like muscets and shiie, or totaly crazy modern times where death can come from nowhere.

I'd definetly avoid WW1 lunacy (high casualties, easy to die).
Most likely I would pick medieval - open battles were not that common, mostly sieges, so you either hide inside the walls or camp outside the walls. And starve.

"The Winter Conflict" with borders remaining mostly unchanged, has led to the encirclement of a large detachment of Boyer Apollo's warband faced with a force of 300+ just outside of county lines. The frontline growing larger as King Longate marches to Sarrania, stretches from Tahibler Village all the way to the outskirts of Narra nearing 342km.

The Duchy of Tulga seems to be in a dire position with news of its only trade route with the Grand Calradic Empire being constantly raided and harassed by warships from Emir Murad IV of Ahmerrad. The Woojoo Khanate has slowed its advance and seems to be on the defensive confined to the Abu Tueren Peninsula.

The destruction of war is becoming more and more apparent as retinues grow in number and lords clash alike.
Will the Crusades be the defining factor in the Winter Conflict? Or will Boyer Apollo and Baron Bee_Gu change the tides of war before 1275AE?

For my "Star Trek War" map that has this error at point 6/7 of loading and does not allow editing, could I ask if it is possible to recover it?

The problem certainly depends on the borders, I was making the map, if to recover it you have to eliminate all the borders that's fine, I could redo them, but redoing it from scratch with nations, cities and units is a bit too much...

I got my map back by Dave resetting the map to a save before I edited the border causing the bug. You would need to know the last save where your map was working.

Thanks for the warning, unfortunately I don't know when the last valid save was because I make changes when I have time, the last change on the borders didn't give me an error, then I tried to go back many days later and it wouldn't fit anymore

logically though since it says modified on 08/25/2024 it should be the one before that date

Any save before your last modification should work.

You would have to make a bug report/ then a mod report/ I talked to Sascha who contacted Dave for me. Process was fairly quick.
